Shipping Fees

Shipment is worldwide. Shipping costs are included in the sale price for purchases over € 100.00.

The goods travel at the risk of the buyer and will not be covered by insurance unless formally written. Attiva Spa therefore disclaims any liability in the event of loss, subtraction, total or partial destruction of the uninsured or insured goods insufficient.

Extra Countries: VAT, Duties, and Taxes

For all EU countries the price is inclusive of VAT (22%), while for extra countries the price indicated in the Total Order line will be added based on: country of reference, customs duties, import duties or additional fees relating to Customs clearance and must be paid when the goods reach the country of destination.
Attiva Spa has no control over these charges and their payment methods and can not foresee them, as tariffs vary from one country to another. We therefore advise you to ask for information at the customs offices of your destination.
Customs documents for all orders shipped outside the EEC territory summarize the total value of the order content and include the description of the items.
By ordering from this site, the buyer is considered to be an importer of goods and must comply with all the laws and regulations of the country in which the items will be shipped.


Attend Spa delivery by courier
The delivery of the goods require the presence of the customer at the address of the recipient indicated in the order.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check that:
The number of packages delivered corresponds to what is stated on the shipping document (DDT), the packaging is intact, not damaged, neither wet nor otherwise altered, even in the closing materials.
If abnormalities are found, they must be immediately disputed, including a written check reserve on the courier delivery proof. Upon signing the courier document, the Customer will not be able to challenge any of the external features of the delivery. In the absence of this kind of Acceptance Attiva Spa can not be held liable. If Attiva Spa is unable to deliver the ordered goods due to its unavailability, even temporary, it will promptly notify the Customer via e-mail. Any amount already paid by the Customer will be refunded as soon as possible, and in any case not later than thirty days after receipt of the purchased order.

Delivery Times

Attiva spa will ship the purchased products as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days of the date of acceptance of the order sent to the Customer, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
